At NanoH2, we are committed to delivering professional-grade hydrogen and nitrogen equipment. To provide the highest quality components at competitive prices, we utilize a global fulfillment model, shipping directly from our specialized international distribution centers to your door.
1. Order Processing & Quality Control
Every NanoH2 Molecular Hydrogen Generator and Nitro Performance Keg System is a precision instrument. To ensure your hardware arrives in peak condition, all orders undergo a mandatory 2-5 business day processing period.
During this time, our technicians perform a final "fit and finish" inspection on all seals, valves, and electronic components. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once this quality-check is complete.
2. Delivery Estimates
Our global shipping network allows us to reach customers worldwide. Please note the following estimated delivery windows:
- United Kingdom: 10–14 business days.
- International: 12–20 business days.
Please note: These are estimates based on average transit times. While most orders arrive within these windows, factors such as local postal processing or seasonal demand may cause minor variations.
3. Tracking Your Order
Your tracking information will become active once your package has been scanned into our regional sorting facility. To track your order:

- Enter your Order Number and Email Address.
If you do not see an immediate update after receiving your tracking number, please allow 3–5 days for the international logistics systems to sync.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- UK Customers: VAT is included in your purchase price at checkout. Under our standard shipping methods, customers generally do not incur additional customs fees.
- International Customers: Any local import duties or taxes applicable in your specific country are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Multi-Item Shipments
To get your gear to you as fast as possible, items in the same order (e.g., a Keg Bundle and a Hydrogen Generator) may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. You will be provided with tracking for each individual parcel
